Judith A. Hudson is an associate professor of psychology at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She is the faculty supervisor for the Douglass Child Study Center, Rutgers's on-campus childcare center, and the author of many research articles and book chapters on cognitive development in toddlers and preschool children. She is the co-editor of Knowing and Remembering in Young Children, and her research has been funded by grants from the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.

Hudson received her Ph.D. in developmental psychology from the City University of New York. She is a member of the Society for Research in Child Development and the Cognitive Development Society. She is also a member and fellow of the American Psychological Society.
